Ron Salazar is AV Rated by The Martindale-Hubbell Company, the highest rating an attorney can receive. The rating process is done by Martindale-Hubbell, an independent company confidentially sending survey forms to local attorneys and judges who have personal experience with the attorney. The local attorneys and judges confidentially fill out the survey form, rating the attorney on legal ability and ethical standards and then send the survey form back to Martindale-Hubbell. Martindale-Hubbell compiles the surveys and then a rating: Legal Ability Rating (A, B or C) and an Ethical Standards Rating (V). Only a small fraction of attorneys have earned an AV rating.

Ron is also Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Less than 3% of Lawyers in Texas are Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law.
